Lulu's Cairo Rescues is a nonprofit organisation that rescues cats and dogs in Egypt. We are based in the UK, but on the frontline in Cairo. Many animals are in a terrible state on arrival and have endured extreme cruelty. The streets are harsh, and often the animals are surviving off garbage, which in turn damages their kidneys and teeth. Our mission is to nurse them back to health, and to find them loving homes. We also support local neutering campaigns.
